If E.ON Next can’t resolve it

Complain to E.ON Next first and ask for a complaint reference. If it is still unresolved after 8 weeks, or you receive a “deadlock” letter before then, you can take it to the Energy Ombudsman free of charge. Their decision is binding on the supplier if you accept it. Ofgem sets the rules suppliers must follow but does not handle individual complaints.
