Fuse Energy Contact Number & Opening Hours
Every way to reach Fuse Energy — phone, email and out-of-hours routes — plus what to do in an emergency and how to escalate a complaint.
Checked 6 September 2026. EnergyPlus is an independent comparison service and is not affiliated with Fuse Energy.

Fuse Energy has no customer phone line by design. Contact is through the app, your online account, or email — there is no number to call.
Email and other ways to reach Fuse Energy
- Support: support@fuseenergy.com
Support runs 24/7 through the Fuse app and online account — the digital-only model is deliberately how Fuse keeps its tariffs cheap.
Emergencies — do not phone Fuse Energy
Smell gas? Call the free 24/7 National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999. Power cut? Call 105 free from any phone — both go to the network operator, not your supplier.
If Fuse Energy can’t resolve it
Raise a formal complaint with Fuse Energy first. If it isn’t resolved within 8 weeks (or you receive a deadlock letter), you can escalate free of charge to the Energy Ombudsman, whose decision is binding on the supplier.
While you’re here — are you on the right tariff?
If you’re calling about a bill, most people save more by checking their tariff than by negotiating. The Ofgem price cap is reviewed quarterly — see our price cap hub for the current figures.
